Developed by GD&G Special Projects™ for University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, FP10 Manager™ covers the two distinct types of FP10 controlled stationery in circulation across the Trust.
FP10HNC Manager™ is for the handwritten pads — FP10HNC forms, typically issued in pads of 50, filled in by hand at the point of prescribing. As pads are booked out to a department, it generates the pharmacy register, cover sheets and session log needed to track that pad through to return — a full audit trail without anyone logging serial ranges by hand.
FP10SS Manager™ is for the machine-printed single sheets — FP10SS forms, overprinted via Symphony. Quantities in this volume can't practically be counted sheet by sheet, so this tool works out exactly how many sheets are in a stack from just the first three serials and the last one, then produces a Pharmacy Copy / Ward Copy log ready to print.
